Welcome to another episode of the MetsPod.

I'm your host, Connor Rogers, joined as always by my co-host, Joe DeMayo.

And spring training is underway. We have seen Justin Verlander out there in Mets gear.

We have seen Carlos Veltron return to wearing Mets gear. There's a lot of excitement, of course, around the team.

Steve Cohen is down there and has met with the media.

We heard from Scherzer. We have it all covered today. And like we always do, we'll get into

your questions as well. We'll look at some prospects that are in camp. Joe, we know that's

your lane as well. So Joe, we always joke. This is one of our favorite times a year.

Feels like baseball is back. Maybe not officially until you hear Gary, Keith,

and Ron, the SMY opening music, but it's nice on social media to see the guys working out,

to see everybody together, and of course, a year where expectations are high. I go through phases

with spring training. Like, it's different throughout the whole month like i'm excited for

...
