Really annoying loss for a little Tom and the Mets last night

as Nolan McLean gets zero run support, gives up a run early. And then that was it. You didn't see

any more scoring in this Mets offense right now is going into one of those valleys. A lot of

peaks recently. Now down in another valley,

and it's just been inconsistency with the starting pitching and the bullpen and everything

else. So we'll see. The Giants are now three games back, so there is some work to do from now

until October. A really entertaining Monday night game that I didn't think was going to end up being a really

entertaining Monday night game because you had one team that was playing football and another

one that was trying to figure out how to play football, especially on the offensive side of the

ball.
