August 2018, that's a three to four months of Bob and I. It's the throwback podcast. That

limits you till about August 1980. That's it. August 19th from January to August 1980,

a day after that. September 1st, 1980, you're out. I am Dan Hanzis. That is Bob Kestrone.

And yes, that Bob, everything's Bob said is right. So we'll say three months. So you're

born January 80. So from let's say October 79 to let's say July of 80. That's the true

window. That's how you know that you're going to get our references. You're going to find

a humorous. You're just going to come along for the ride. How frustrating to the listeners

out there to this point, we just said 1980, blanketed it. But if you are August, September,

October, November, December, you now know you're not the target audience either. You're

another. We're othering you. Is it smart to keep narrowing our audience as the show continues

on through the years? Why start making smart decisions now? Speaking of the future of

the podcast, it did cross my mind right before we started today. And we're doing Metallica

today. How about that? Yeah, we'll get into that. The black album 1991. We had one catastrophic

failure, challenger-esque incident in the recording production side of things. Since we

started this show in 2017, it happened probably about three years ago. We did a really good.

I think it was June 94 countdown. And there was a glitch in the matrix. It was unable to

be saved somehow and we lost the app. Yeah, it was really crushing. We, yeah, we sat here.

We listened to music. We spoke for an hour and 25 minutes and then went into microphones in

the microphones. Yeah, you know, targeting performance again, targeting about 14 people who

were born in the first seven months of 1980 as we do. And then it just it didn't transfer

into the laptop. And we realized that it was all for not and lost the app. Like a couple
