0:44.3	I'm thrilled to be here. And this episode is called MetCute, written by Susan Fails Hill and myself.

0:55.5	So this is our Metcute.
0:57.3	Well, the thrill of getting a second season of television these days is that you're getting a second season of television.
1:02.4	That's amazing, right?
1:03.8	So when you're a writer and you actually get the ability to come back, the first question you ask in the room is, what do we want to do?
1:12.3	I personally was very, very happy with the new characters we brought on, and I was happy that
1:19.4	we didn't pretend that they were already in the universe of the ladies.
1:25.5	Meaning that we needed to introduce them to the audience the way they were being introduced
1:29.2	to the main characters from the other series.
1:31.5	Yes, but I remember circling, because it was a lot of heavy lifting.
1:36.5	How do they meet these people?
1:38.6	We're obviously trying to diversify their lives and kind of make them more reflective of our world.
1:46.9	So it required a lot of thought and handiwork.
