Moran has some really good insight. He is a volunteer coach at the D1 program at Oregon State and he also has experiences an athlete running for

U.S. State for his fifth year and also professionally for a little while so

he has some great insight. We answer you guys most commonly asked questions

about how to get faster as an athlete.

of who you are and what you're about?

Yes, yeah, it took me 10 steps to get here,

so that was kind of nice. I am Ron Simon. I'm from Federal Way,

Washington, which is about 20 minutes south of Seattle. I went to Federal Way High School and then I went to the University of

Washington for four years and then for my fifth year I decided to go all the

way out to Raleigh, North Carolina and run for North.

You already forgot in school.

North Carolina State University.

I was trying to do the long way.
