0:06.4	going to discuss the astrological energies of Mercury retrograde in Virgo, which begins on August 23rd at
0:14.6	21 degrees of Virgo, and Mercury travels back to 8 degrees of Virgo on September 15th, where Mercury then stations
0:26.4	direct. So over the three weeks or so that Mercury is retrograde, we will have opportunities
0:34.1	to slow down, check in, and get more grounded in what we are working on,
0:42.1	where we are focusing our energy, what's in front of us. And this is always a time during,
0:48.0	particularly Mercury retrograde, where we reassess, reprioritize, reconsider, refocus.
0:56.5	Those RE words are associated with every retrograde pattern.
1:00.5	And it also is a time to reintegrate and recalibrate.
1:05.2	And I've been feeling something very strongly here with this particular Mercury retrograde
1:10.0	and Virgo, which is it is going to be
1:13.3	a beautiful time to check in on your own energy and ask yourself, what do I need to energetically
1:22.0	clean up in myself, in my energy, in my life? That would be a powerful way to use this Mercury retrograde
1:31.0	in Virgo to go into what no longer serves you, what is no longer supportive, what no longer
1:39.0	feels that it has a place in your life or in your routines, this is a mercury retrograde to reduce, to remove,
1:48.9	and to get rid of things that have maybe become too congested, too heavy, too burdensome.
1:56.1	And to be very honest with yourself about, does this work for me? Does this serve me? Do I need this?
2:04.6	And you might even be surprised by the realizations you have during this Mercury retrograde
