Hello, CEO teachers. Welcome back. Happy August. Man, am I glad to see August come? I hope that you had a wonderful summer. And if you're still enjoying a little bit of time off before the school year starts, I just wanted to remind you that it's okay to chill out and not have anything on the to-do list. There is absolutely nothing wrong with relaxing.

And I don't know why it's taking me 36 years to figure that out.

But I just wanted to be a little reminder in your ear that sometimes you just need to chill.

which is the school year and running an online business as a teacher.

full-time job for the very first time. I just wanted to say congratulations to any of our CEO

teachers who have found their whatever freedom looks like to them, which could be working part

time, doing this side hustle full time, or still being a classroom teacher, but making what

they are worth. In today's episode, it really has a special place in my heart. It's something

that I have developed over time. And as I'm coming out of the postpartum depression phase again, it seems

like it's this vicious cycle. Having a baby girl, I think it lasted longer this time. She finally

turned to, and I feel this huge weight in these clouds lifted off my shoulders. But what I've

learned over the last few years, the last decade, is that mental toughness is the key to success. So today, we're going to

talk about what mental toughness is as a CEO teacher, as you begin to head back to school and

how to manage that stress when things get hard because they undoubtedly will. Mental toughness is

the drive and determination and willpower to keep going when the going
