Hi, guys, for this week's For The Good of the Order, I'm going back to an early episode

with this woman named Annie Jean-Baptiste, who's young and smart as hell, and runs product

inclusion at Google.

And I so admire her thinking and the things that she's taught me, and so I just wanted

to share some of the takeaways from that episode.

One is that great work and great relationships both require intellectual humility, meaning

you cannot assume that you already know everything about a person or a solution set or

a campaign or a candidate.

We have to be more curious, like nurturing curiosity every day, like keeping your eyes closed

when you put your feet on the floor and saying, what can I learn today?

What could surprise me today?

What question should I ask today?

Like how could I expand my understanding of something today?

You have to believe in your gut.

There are things you do not know.
