perspective. Um, and, you know, if you're able to, you know, if it's an adult, if you're able to

get them to give consent to have a few sessions with the therapist, it doesn't mean they

need to disclose everything they talk about because that is very safe that that that that that that's one of the safest places that people have is is with

their clinician because they can be completely raw and the clinician provided that they you know

respect the uh in the united states respect hippa and ethical guidelines and principles. You know, that's, you know,

it's a, it's a safe space to be able to put stuff. And again, there's no shame in it whatsoever.

I've, I say this ad nauseum. Everything is treatable. Everything, take the neurodegenerative disorders out of it or the neurodevelopmental

disorders out of it, but the psychiatric conditions, they are treatable, many are curable,

and many are manageable, like bipolarity and schizophrenia.

But again, you have to look at, it does take a toll on the person uh people don't choose
