clutter. I've been doing a 10-day mental clutter 101 series over on

Instagram and it's been really popular so I decided I'd

bring it over here to the podcast as well. Now many many of us have been

decluttering our houses for some time but when it comes to decluttering our brains our

cluttering our brains into calming and quieting the chaos in our minds,

it can be hard to know where to start.
