Many podcasts we have a hell of an episode today.

It is menopause advice from a young white guy, which is me.

I'm 28 years old.

I'm a white male.

I've never been through menopause and I never will go through menopause.

But inner circle member Colin Daniels, who's also a personal trainer in Ireland, wanted

to better understand it.

And he wanted to better help his clients who are going through menopause.

He wanted to better understand how to speak with them, how to work with them, what's true,

what's not true about menopause.

So we got on the phone to talk about it, which by the way, I love that he recognized

he didn't know a lot about it and he wanted to better understand it.

So we got on the phone and I know there are going to be a lot of people who say, what

do you know about menopause Jordan?

You've never been through it and you're right.

Again, I've never been through it and I never will go through it.

But I've worked with hundreds, if not thousands of women at this point in my career helping

them through menopause, not least of which is coach Susan Nieberg-All.

And also I've spent a major portion of my career researching menopause.

And well again, there'll be people who get mad just because I'm a young white guy and

then I've never been through it and I don't know.
