And who better than a rabbi to tell you about the things that never change? Because

the more clear we all are upon those things that never change, the better equipped we are to

deal with all the stuff that does change around us. And here is something that never changes.

One of the things that never changes is that people do get sick, people want to be

healthy, and that people need medical care. And this will be the last week of the podcast that is

recorded on a small boat that my wife and I are navigating off coastal British Columbia.

And one of the charming aspects, I mean, we love so much about this lifestyle,

but one of the great things we enjoy is that we pull into small harbors,

sometimes they're fishing villages, sometimes they're small places that have

economies based on lumber or tourism, but small places. And you go up to, and you know, you find

the dockmaster and you pay a few dollars of dockage fee, and then you go over to the inevitable coffee shop that's at the end of the dock, and it's never a name brand coffee shop.

And you know who I mean.

I'm not going to mention them by name because they're not advertisers on our show, so I'm not going to give them free advertising.

But no, it's never any of those.

It's usually some local coffee, so it's always a pleasure.

You run into people, and because it's a small village, and because you've arrived by boat,
