deeply thoughtful side as we dive into the idea of what it looks like to truly coach our kids towards

mastery. We're pulling inspiration from an integrated talk by our friend

Jeremy Pryor. And honestly, it's one of those conversations that makes you want to take a hard

look at the way you parent, lead and encourage your kids, especially as a dad. We'll talk about

Bandit Heela versus the guy from Whitblash, why writing an actual mastery contract with your kid could be a game

changer and why our support and expectations should both be sky high. Step into this agreement. We define

the rules of engagement and the rules of the agreement. We teach our kids two beautiful things.
