involves an alleged tryst with adult film actress Stormy Daniels, but more

important the alleged payoff of $130,000 and the falsification of documents to

cover that up and an alleged 11 month affair with

playmate Karen McDougal and her payoff an alleged falsification of that. There's a lot of wrinkles in this case. Trump says he will

testify. He won't, but he'll have to sit there every day and keep quiet, which

has been a problem. the judge chastised him for

joining with a prospective juror and Trump put out something on truth social

saying that prospective jurors were undercover agents trying to get on the jury and

Judge Mershann scolded him for that.

That is attention in the trial whether Judge Mershan is going to have to punish him with

home confinement for a weekend or even a timeout in a holding cell which they have in
