What up guys, alright today I'm so freaking excited. I feel like I need to drumroll. Alright that's me banging my hands on the table because today guys I sit down with the epic woman and one of my close homies Mel Brickin Robbins. That's right, Mel Robbins is on today and when I say man, damn this one is a special one guys. She shares things that she's never ever admitted out loud in regards to her relationship and how her and her husband have 26 years were recently at the blink of actually waking up and you know no she's so open and so vulnerable and so honest about it. We go deep on about disrespect, toxic people, how you identify toxic behaviour and how to approach disrespect in your relationship. But here's the thing guys, most of all, she's very freaking candid and actually shares how she was the one that was a toxic person in their relationship. She actually calls herself the asshole in her relationship. As always, Mel does not disappoint. She shares some freaking hard pills to swallow. But, Homie's guys, I know that you don't want to miss this one because these are the nuggets that we really do need to hear to know when we're in a toxic relationship, but to also know if we're the toxic person. I think it can somewhat be easier to identify and have your own back. But what happens when you're being disrespected in a partnership? I think a lot of us may either make excuses or they're just going through a hard time because we want the relationship to work so badly. So let's start by talking about what are the signs that you've noticed in a relationship where you have personally tried to say, hey, I've noticed you're crossing the line here. What is that sign? And then how do you handle it? That is a great question. So you're talking about in my relationship with Chris? Yes. OK. You know, what's interesting about this as it relates to Chris is I feel like he probably has more instances where I am disrespecting him. Because I tend to be more, I'm just more of everything.
