Summary

Donald Trump is no stranger to Megyn Kelly. The pair had a very public fallout in 2015 after the former Fox anchor questioned his temperament in a Republican Party debate.

These days the pair are back on speaking terms, with Trump often choosing to do longer interviews with one of America’s most recognisable broadcasters.

And on the day he became the first ever president to face a criminal trial, Megyn Kelly joins us to give her thoughts on how much the trial could affect the outcome of November’s election, the Democrat’s strategy to beat him, and whether we might see a televised debate between the candidates.

on Saturday Iran fired hundreds of drones and missiles into Israel and this was unprecedented coming from Iranian soil and hitting

sovereign Israeli soil or attempting to hit it anyway because most of them were

0:49.5

intercepted and shot down before they could do any damage before they reach their targets but of

0:54.9

course this ratcheants up tension in the region and it has real implications for the

US and Israeli relationship which was tense anyway.

Venuin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, had been told by President Biden that he had

to allow more humanitarian aid into Gaza that he needed to take more care over the lives of innocent

civilians there otherwise the US might start rethinking its response.

1:19.7

Now of course the US is bound into helping Israel with its defence over the weekend

1:25.0

with President Biden saying his support for Israel was ironclad. This is tricky

1:31.5

isn't it just in I mean the way in which Joe Biden needs to try and

1:35.4

navigate supporting Israel whilst not really supporting their tactics and it's

1:40.4

obvious that things are getting more and more tense between him and the

1:43.2

Israeli Prime Minister. Well it's one thing to support Israel isn't it in a kind of

1:46.6

general sense and even with weaponry which America does both and the Biden
