0:40.1	But all of those things, they can wait until next week's show because I think it's you know we've spent
0:47.3	quite a lot of time talking about the problems and the shock and the sort of the negative side of Megan and Harry's departure from the royal family.
0:56.0	But there is a whole positive exciting side to it as well.
1:00.0	So I wanted to get some different perspectives to reflect on those
1:04.1	opportunities. So it was great to be joined by Paul Cope, who used to be a lawyer
1:11.0	and now he's not he you know decided to change his life around and
1:16.2	he one of the things he now does is coach other people who similarly are not
1:22.0	happy with what they're doing and want to change their lives.
1:24.6	So I was interested to get his thoughts on how it was for him and what it might be like for
1:29.6	Megan and Harry and how you can get through that real sort of upheaval in your life.
