quite a lot of time talking about the problems and the shock and the sort of the negative side of Megan and Harry's departure from the royal family.

But there is a whole positive exciting side to it as well.

So I wanted to get some different perspectives to reflect on those

opportunities. So it was great to be joined by Paul Cope, who used to be a lawyer

and now he's not he you know decided to change his life around and
