At this hour, Vice President Harris is hitting the campaign trail in the critical battleground of Pennsylvania for the second time this week.

You're looking at live pictures of Harris speaking in the suburbs of Philadelphia

at an event focused on outreach to disaffected Republicans and calls for bipartisan unity.

She will continue that outreach later tonight in an interview on Fox News as her campaign

continues to focus on a big-tent strategy to eke out votes in an election that remains

deadlocked at the polls.

At the same time, Harris is trying to shore up support from the Democratic base, particularly

among black men. In an interview with radio host Charlemagne the God in Detroit yesterday,

Harris acknowledging those votes can't be taken for granted.
