delivering some of his sharpest attacks yet on former President Trump

while also demanding House Republicans take up a foreign aid bill that overwhelmingly passed the Senate overnight

to supply Ukraine with critical wartime aid.

In his remarks, President Biden called on House Speaker Johnson to bring that bill to the House floor saying it would pass.

Even as House leadership signaled the legislation is dead on arrival.

There's no question that the Senate bill was put on the floor in the House of Representatives, it would pass.

It would pass.
