No matter who you are,

who you are, Mediterranean herbs are a must have for your herb garden.

As the name implies, they originate from countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea and they're very easy to grow, really easy.

Warm climate, well draining soil. If you're listening to this podcast, the time it's coming out you know

warmth is not an issue right now we are all quite warm at

least in America so hopefully it's cooling down soon let's go over some of these

I'm gonna go into ones that are more drought tolerant and will go up the chain of water into

ones that are a little bit more water hungry.

So kicking it off with cumin.

cumin is fantastic.

It is the dried seed that's been powdered of cuminum

saminum.

So it's ground into a dust.

It's a member of the Parsley family

and is honestly quite easy to grow.

It's a little bit slower grower if you want to actually

get it to that seating point.

And so that'll take about 120 days. But again, it's a sort of a set it and forget it

plant so I would highly recommend growing it. Next we have lavender I am a big

fan of Spanish lavender although of course there are many different varieties and I have done a full YouTube video on lavender that I suggest you check out.

So I got some good tips in there. Basically, it's an easy grower.
