Welcome friends. Today's guided meditation is called waking up from the dream. And to begin,

0:52.7

make sure you're sitting comfortably. Take a few moments to feel whatever the sitting posture is,

1:02.2

and close your eyes and make whatever subtle adjustments will help you to feel most balanced,

1:08.1

so that you're sitting upright. There's a quality of being alert and also at ease.

1:14.4

You might choose to have your eyes closed, but that's not required.

3:12.1

letting go of any obvious areas of tension. Tightness in the body is a very physicalized way of resisting the life that's here.

3:24.0

So we're undoing resistance. You might relax the jaw, have a slight smile at the mouth.

3:38.0

Let the eyes be soft and the brow smooth, and let all the little micro muscles in the face settle

3:48.1

at ease. You might allow the shoulders to fall away from the neck,

4:02.7

and let the awareness fill the shoulders so you can feel from the inside out the life that's here.

4:11.3

And if there's tightness or not, in some way, just sense that they could float in awareness,
