    Pretty much a time waster.

    Meditation has been a profound part of my path, and it takes a huge amount of time.

    understanding why I'm meditating and so it's like asking what is eating do

    what are you eating so depending on your brain and your desired state you can use

    meditation to leave your body you can use meditation to go to a state where you can deeply heal yourself, a deeply altered state.

    You can use it to calm your nervous system.

    So I like to have a set of meditation playlists, not on my phone, but in my body.
