Whenever the world feels a bit too big, you can come back to these stories to feel calm,

relaxed, and peaceful.

Take some time to get cozy and comfortable.

Turn down your lights if you like.

You may want to pull your covers up tight so that you feel warm and protected.

You can cuddle with a stuffed friend or a pillow.

Let the quietness surround you.

If there's ambient noise, acknowledge it, and let it fade into the background.

Let's take a moment to breathe in and out.

Imagining we are in a prehistoric jungle, surrounded by gentle giants and the soft whispers of ancient trees.

Feel the earth beneath you, firm and grounding.

This is a world where dinosaurs and people are the best of friends.

Wouldn't it be great if one of your friends was a T-Rex?

It's nighttime, and you are sitting by a warm campfire with your friendly dinosaur by your side.

The night is clear, and the sky is full of stars.

Why don't you give your dinosaur a name?

I think I will simply call her Dino.
