2:51.6 | You might feel a slight smile at the mouth and let the inside of the mouth smile. |

3:14.3 | This actually sends a message to the nervous system to quiet, fight, flight, freeze. |
3:18.3 | And genders a sense of ease and well-being. |
3:31.4 | Letting the tongue fill the lower palate, and see if you can relax down to the root of the tongue. |
3:37.1 | Feeling the aliveness and tingling in the tongue, the gums, the teeth, the lips. |
