1:03.0 | There has been, I think, in recent years as meditation has become more and more mainstream, if you will, we are also fascinated by the science of it and like the physical specifics as far as what happens in the body. |

2:11.1 | So specifically, if you are feeling like your nerves are shot, I know that that's kind of a common term that I use quite often. |
