1:11.6	whatever, nuclear weapons are an option in there. He says it is not a bluff. I don't know how
1:18.5	crazy this guy is. I do know that most of the things that he said so far about the war have been
1:23.1	wrong. He's talked about his modern military, his exceptional firepower, all of these different things that
1:28.5	clearly have not materialized in Ukraine.
1:32.1	And now he says he has more modern nuclear weapons than NATO countries.

1:38.3	We have watched his troops, his weapons, his systems fail repeatedly.
