We got a whole bunch of meat from these hunts we had this year.

And about once a year I try to have Hank Shaw on the podcast because one, he's a world-class chef when it comes to wild game.

Whether it's fish, foul, meat of any sort.

And he focuses so much on how to prepare from the time it hits the ground or hits the water to the time it gets in your kitchen.

And so much of that is overlooked.

I might always fascinated by some of the ideas and thoughts Hank has on that.

Plus he's always got new recipes that he's publishing that I think are really, really cool.

And now he has done a course for a platform that we're a part of that I've done while my rifle out course has been published out there.

And I just wrapped up a pronghorn course that's going to get published I think next spring.
