last week. But we are in a spot right now where every single week I go on the road. My number

one job is to go and call games for ABC. So I am constantly meeting with these coaches, seeing

these coaches face to face. And in many cases, I have a personal

relationship with a lot of these guys. And let's be real, I will not allow my personal relationship

to infect the way I evaluate how a guy is doing his job. Just not going to do that. I mean,

I think most coaches are very honest.

They understand, hey, I got to do a better job here. Hey, we need to be better here. Most coaches,

while some are occasionally thin-skinned, most for the most part, understand all right,

what the expectations are at the place that they're currently coaching at. And if they're not

living up to those expectations.

So we don't like doing shows like this, but it's a necessary evil.
