So Ben asks, I want to quit my job, but I still don't have a business idea on my hands.

Should I quit my job?

Now this is a tough question, because it's very personal and my immediate reaction or my immediate response to your question is no do not quit your job. If you can hang in there if there is no do not quit your job if you can hang in there if there is no real major reason

like there's psychological damage happening to you at work which is very rare and probably isn't the case,

then I would hang in there.
