get into it. Let's get it down to business. I've always been a big believer in you get what you pay for,

whether it's in business or in life. If you're going to hire somebody who's junior, who's a full-time employee, they're going to pay my salary,

you're going to expect them not to give you as much velocity, not as much production.

The quality of their work is just not going to be as good as somebody who has a bit more experience or a

senior person in that position. And you understand the trade-off. You understand you're going to

pay a little less, you're going to get a little less, and you have the potential for growth in the future, you can train them you can work with them they can learn and hopefully you can get into a position where they're great value because maybe they have a great attitude they have a good work ethic they're a good cultural fit for the business.
