I've started and run several businesses,

a little under a dozen businesses.

Some have been huge successes,

some have been okay, and some totally flopped.

Some of these businesses were a delight to run. I enjoyed the process.

Some of these cause me so much stress and heartache and some no matter how much I love the concept of the business, the idea in my head, and never got any traction.

From all these experiences, I learned one critical golden rule when it comes to starting or running a business.

In my experience, this is probably the number one thing you need to get right.

I want to walk you through what it is exactly how to evaluate if you are doing

this in your business right now and if not how to change or pivot to make sure you are

it's okay to recognize hey I'm going down the wrong path, I'm doing the wrong business.

Changing course pivoting is not a bad thing, and the sooner you do it, the less time you'll be wasting running the wrong business. So let's get into it, let's get
