This is going to be a difficult episode to do because these are three things I learned the hard way.

And these are not insignificant lessons.

These are things that really affected my business, affected my morale, my stress levels. And yes, I'm happy that I've learned

these lessons and I'm able to course correct, but these three things were a cause of a lot of pain in my business and in my life.

But in the interest in helping as many people as possible, I want to share them with you.

I want to make sure that you don't learn these the hard way either. Now a quick disclaimer

no matter what you do there's going to be lessons that you're going to learn the

hard way in business. You just can't try to always avoid it. But you should try to

avoid them as much as possible and that's why I'm sharing

today's lessons. Avoiding that means you're going to be saving your sanity, time, and of course money.

So let's get into it. Let's get down to business. The first tough, hard

lesson I learned in the past 12 months might sound obvious, but when you're in the midst of trying

to grow your business, when you're trying to really take things to the next level and the next level and the next level and the next level month over month, sometimes you get blinded.

So here's tough lesson number one. Sometimes we focus too much on what's not

working instead of what is working. Sometimes we try to fix the problems in our

business, try to fix the issues, fix the complaints.
