The Michael Berry Show, you know what bothers me about the cancer that is American liberalism?

What bothers me is that it's put me and a lot of other people in the position of rooting

the downfall of things American, such as when I read that the crime rates got awful in New York City,

I cheer. Those are the results of your bad policies. When I hear about the murder rate in Chicago,

well, hell of same policies have been brought to the city where I live in Houston and the cities

where you live all over the country. But these these anecdotal cases, sometimes there's data

out there that'll really, really tell you a lot of giving example. I've been sitting on this for a

minute. A guy named Nick Gurley who reports on business stories reported the Airbnb collapse

is real. Revenues are down nearly 50% in cities like Phoenix and Austin. Watch out for a wave of

forced selling from Airbnb owners later this year in the areas hit hardest by the revenue collapse.

Do you want to know where that revenue collapse is occurring? Places like New Orleans,

places like Denver, places like Seattle, and number two on the list is Phoenix number three Austin

where they've lost almost half their Airbnb rental revenues. Do you want to know why? Well,

there are a lot of factors. I'm not going to say it's just the fact that they've defunded the police

and allowed crime to go crazy. Nobody, how long did you need here? Okay, I'm at four. Okay.

Yeah. Because certainly there are other factors. Airbnb in the United States did see a drop

because people could go to Europe again. They could get on planes without fear of having to wear

a mask or being stranded with COVID or whatever else. COVID nonsense. But it's also the result of

the collapse of our cities. Story after story out of San Francisco where they've closed companies

in Westfield mall because the crime is so bad that the companies have decided I can't risk my

employees being murdered. This is all the result of the decisions of human beings just like global
