And it's good to see that some politicians now are getting involved or trying to

get involved and today the mayor of Methuen, Massachusetts, which has two market baskets,

DJ Boragard, he wrote a letter to the to the board of directors. Let me be clear, whatever is

happening behind closed doors at Market Basket needs to stop now. The city of Methuen is home to

two market basket stores. They're busy, reliable, and essential. They represent something that's

become far too rare in today's economy, a business

model that puts people first and still manages to work. In Methuen Market Basket is where

people go to make ends meet. For many of them, market basket isn't just a store, it's a lifeline. It's

where they stretch their paychecks, feed their families, and count on fair prices without the

gimmicks. On behalf of the city of Methuen, I'm calling on the market basket board to do the

right thing, resolve this internal dispute and bring back Arthur T. Dumulus before the damage
