Tracy represents the west side of Los Angeles, which includes Pacific Palisades, and

the California Department of Housing and Community Development. Newsom made this announcement a few

days ago, announced $101 million in funding.

They issued a NOFA.

You know what a NOFA is?

Notice a funding availability, $101 million for low-income housing in the Palisades,

which has upset a lot of people for the reasons we have talked about.

Most people can't get their permits processed in Palisades.

And it seems like to have this river of money come in for low-income housing.
