I'm very excited JLD it's been a long time coming and I'm glad to be here. So thanks for having me, man. It's awesome.

Sure JLD thanks heaps. Hey guys I started as an accountant. Yes true story. I was at Deloitte's then I progressed to be the CFO of the second biggest travel company in the world.

By the time I was about 30 that's called Flight Center and ended up running some big travel companies of CEO.

Then back in the mid 2000s my wife at the time got cancer and obviously that really sucks.

So for two and a half years that was the number one thing and luckily my wife in 2006 passed away. So I was left as a solo dad with three kids aged five, six and twelve.

So I needed a big change. Time was hard and I wanted a big different change and focus so I could be both a good dad and also be more of an entrepreneur.

So I did a private equity with a guy that I knew and we bought a large means we're a fashion company that had 30 stores and we grew up to 30 stores over a few years and I ran the business.

We even got to dress like the all blacks who are the best regulars in the world. That was pretty cool.

But anyway it kind of long story short. You know we did we did I did well in running the business and we ended up winning the best workplace in the country in 2009 and also the best customer experience in the country.

And you know that proved to me if you can have a great culture and people you're going to have customers that notice the amazing culture you've got.

So that kind of got me on this thing how can I help more businesses than just one. So after winning those awards I gave them six months notice sold machines over time and literally set up my own business advisor and coaching business called business changing.

And I've been so lucky that I've been able to actually impact on thousands and thousands of companies you know through coaching speaking writing whatever I managed to win an award in America called International Coach of the Year.

That was really cool and now I've actually be able to literally create over a thousand business plans with my clients.

So I think that's been a huge you know huge thing and the exciting thing is Jaldi that I've had a lot of requests to come to North America.

So I'm going to be launching business planning and strategy workshops in North America next year. So really excited about that doing the same in Australia and that's kind of my intro and but I'll talk about some other businesses have launched as well.
