Now Max lives in New York City and he's 4 years old and he loves listening to short stories

New York City is one of the most exciting places on planet earth.

Over 8 million people live there and so it's never quiet.

When nighttime arrives and the street lights come on, there are still plenty of people

going about their lives, no matter what time it is, for Max, living in New York was

all he knew.

He'd grown up with it, so when it was time for bed, Max didn't mind about the cars and

the motorcycles and the people making noise, but he wasn't very keen on the dark.
