This is moderate rebels. I'm Ben Norton here with Max Blumenthal, who is now a free man,

at least physically free. I don't know what he's weighed down on in his conscience there,

but a lot of Jewish guilt. But Max has now had his bogus charges dropped. The U.S. government was trying to throw him in

prison, not just for the two days they already did, but potentially for longer. And he won the case

because they dropped it. And we'll talk about why, but we can say that it was pretty shady.

We'll just say that the Secret Service record is mysteriously disappeared.

So, Max, how does it feel?

I mean, you had the case

dropped. This was the Trump administration was waging a campaign against you. I mean, it's,

it's a relief, and it's a big relief for Benjamin Rubinstein, Ben, who is the other Ben, who, you know, works in the world of e-sports and is the brother of Alex Rubinstein,

who is embedded inside the embassy as a journalist and is someone who's contributed to the gray zone,

done a lot of important work. And Ben, you know, was worried about having his career that, you know, in this world where he's sort of

an entrepreneur be destroyed, have his reputation destroyed because he was accused of beating up an

older woman, a woman who's 58 years old. And of course, I was accused of the same. So this room that we're sitting in,

this is where I was confronted by a team of DC cops at 9 in the morning on a Friday,

right on the side of the house over here. There were cops. You can see them in this

photo that we posted. I think there were five of them.

And then there was a paddy wagon outside. And they had actually, a bunch of them had come in the kind of like the jump out car, which is like an unmarked car.
