Mack, what did you hope to accomplish yesterday appearing before the Senate Committee about the November elections in Harris County?

I hope to have the wonderful powers of the State of Texas come down and investigate the Harris County election debacle.

And if there's nothing there, there's nothing there.

If there is something there, let's tell the citizenry about it because if people lose confidence, the fact they're vote counts,

then we've gone to hell in the hand basket.

So all we want to do is shine a light on the truth and let the truth set us free, Mr. Barry.

What did they ask you and who asked it that gave you hope?

Because I had heard, through the Great Vine, not from you directly, that you have some optimism that perhaps something will be done about the November election.

Well, we're hoping that the State can hurry up and get their audit done.
