room on top of a mountain in isolation with no running water and very little food

was Matthew's happiest time of his life and how being

I mean, one of the reasons I was waiting to have this conversation,

of course I love Slomo and I love to share with my listeners, but I'm going through I think what you went through when you made that decision to go to Tibet with COVID-19

locking me down giving me that tiny bit of space to literally, I mean I think many of my

listeners know I start every year with what I call a New Year's intention. I don't

have New Year's resolutions. It's an intention, a directional way where I'm

going.

This year I called the Year of Silence and Space

and look at how the world responded.

I get the absolute best opportunity on Earth

for Silence and space.

Now, what COVID-19 did to me is it said to me this is so

amazing when it comes to your descendants, your learning, your ability to reflect that I

need more of it.
