I hurt myself today, coaches, to see if I still feel and their families.

I focus on the pain. Decisions we're making today are especially difficult because Ryan and Matt are

outstanding men. Always putting team before themselves. 2018 was a great ride.

But I remember everything. 12 wins and a division tie.

Ryan was executive of the year, and Matt was coach of the year.

My sweetest threat. He thought we were on our way. Unfortunately, everyone I know

could not be sustained. Instead, we regress. Our offense failed to show improvement.

And you could have it all continued to struggle at home.

My empire after the end. I will let you down. We didn't win enough games.
