Thanks so much for coming on. Thanks for having me. Love doing this, man. And in a rarity of our

tears pods, which I love doing so much, I actually pitched the criteria for this week. You

accepted it. And what, I mean, there'll be some

fuzziness with it. But what I, what I pitched was the urgency for the 23, 24 season. So we're not

looking to the future. I mean, in the context of 23, 24 we are, but outside of that. And I'm

thinking of this more organizationally.

So that could be, you know, like, and one way of thinking about it is if a team did five

games worse or five games better than they're over under, like how big would the ripples be

is one way of thinking about it.

Yeah, I think that's like the good way to put it, right?

It's like how much pressure I think is on the front office. A good way to kind of say is like if things were to go south immediately, how quickly would they elevate to panic status? You know, how much does a failure the season, what kind of changes would that evoke? Right? Like that was one of the things that I kind of thought about is, okay, if they look at the season as a failure and teams will be like, if you don't win the title, it's a failure and that's a lie.

Like if teams, if they're really able to say, like, we thought we were a playoff team and we didn't even make the play in, does that elicit change?

Or are they just like, okay, we're moving in the right direction, disappointing year, but we're sticking with it? Or is it like, we thought we would make the conference finals and we got knocked out in the first round?
