you into real estate? I got real estate uh as of like a necessity

you know i i got into uh i was actually wholesaling subprime mortgages back in 2007

2008 so what i would do is i'd call on real estate brokers i'd go look at their 1003s, the credit apps, and look,

this guy's DTI. But back then, if you had a pulse, you'd get 100% financing stated.

Right. And so I was learning the financial side of the business and making money, right?
