My name is Oscar Oparicio, and this week, the offseason is in full swing.

We must officially bid farewell to Robert Sala, as he is now the head coach of the New York Jets.

And with me, this week, we actually have a very, very special guest.

It's Matt Barrow's from the Athletic.

He joins us to talk about all the recent news, all of the impacts of the coaching staff.

We get a really good look at Domingo Ryan's, the new defensive coordinator, since he's writing an article, a profile piece on Domingo Ryan.
