Hello everybody and welcome to Thursday's podcast. I am home in bed because I am not well.

Nothing terminal, I hope. If you hear Scott Mills on Monday, then I have passed away.

All being well, it's just a bit of a stomach bug. to set the scene I'm lying on the bed with

Bonnie who is my dog and it's it's good that she's here because she's keeping me

company but also any accidents from the top

but hole or the bottom hole can be blamed on her and she well she's not going to be able to

defend herself when the allegations are put.

So high, I feel a little delirious,

but it was a really fun week on the show.

To be honest with you, I think I've just overdone it.

It's been quite an emotional time, but a really fun show this week.
