Summary
The path to personal progress and growth can be a frustrating road. Change is often incremental or barely noticeable and, because so, many men choose to throw in the towel way too soon before they give themselves a fighting chance to change the trajectory of their lives.

We cover tiny progressions along the way, looking for and being ready to capitalize on opportunities, the dangers in tying your identity to performance, the pros and cons of self-criticism, what he refers to as the "Rubber Band Theory," and other psychological strategies he employed on his way to becoming the most dominant CrossFit Athlete in its history.
