Summary

Our guest today is Mastin Kipp. We are learning about trauma today. Trauma isn't always obvious, like severe trauma from physical abuse. We learn the definition of trauma, what it is, in even in its subtlest forms, and how it effects our lives. Trauma is stored in our bodies, and when it is left unaddressed, can manifest into pain or illness. When we learn to face these traumas, we are releasing the pain, and allowing ourselves freedom from the memory that is held within our bodies. Mastin walks us through talking to our body parts, identifying how trauma is turning up. Mastin's clients have enjoyed learning from his techniques, how to live a happier emotional life, and a healthier physical life. Check out Mastin's website (www.MastinKipp.com), to discover great healing events, and grab one of his award-winning books: "Claim Your Power" and "Growing Into Grace." We hope you enjoy this eye-opening interview with Mastin Kipp.
