We appreciate it. So excited to talk to this week's guest, selfishly because I've got two daughters who are heavily involved in

athletic training. The certified athletic trainer herself she's certified in

seven different categories director of health and human performance programs and assistant

athletic director at Orange Lutheran High School here in Southern California,

also overseas the lacrosse programs and those duties, an adjunct professor,

a master's and coaching athletics administration program at Concordia University.

It's been several years overseas in China with Concordia International School, Shanghai

athletic trainer at Concordia University Irvine, former volleyball player herself,

born and raised here in Southern California.

She is Dr. Jennifer Rizzo,

Dr Rizzo, how are you?

I'm great, thank you for the introduction.

That was awesome

absolutely a long list of achievements that you have had in your career

as an athlete and then in athletic training coaching coaching as well.

Talk about where you're at right now

and how you ended up at Orange Lutheran.
