0:44.1	And negotiating is one of the most important things that you can do for your business.

0:52.3	Anyways, it's the 80-20 rule.
0:55.7	And we've talked about this from books that we've read and other things. And essentially the principle is this, that 20% of the work that you do in any
1:00.5	given situation accounts for 80% of the outcome. Right. So then the other 80% of work you do can
1:07.3	get you that other 20%. And that's very beneficial because what that does is it lets you know where you should focus your time and energy and effort. And a lot of times people
1:14.4	spend their time and energy and effort on that 80% of work that's only getting them the minimal
1:19.7	results. They focus on a lot of little details and they tend to neglect the most important things.
