We got some big things going on here. The massanomics gym has outgrown its current facilities, and we're moving to somewhere much larger and we're

we're all kind of pretty excited about that so that's going to be the subject of our first

episode ever episode one um Tanner here is kind of the uh the fearless leader in the mass

onomics gym department so we're going to kind of turn it over to him here I'm going to ask
